You can book into our Carltonians Coterie functions via your Corporate Portal login HERE.

See below video and step-by-step guide on booking into your match-day functions.

Step 1: Navigate to the Corporate Portal.

Step 2: Select "Log in" in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3: Log in with the email address linked to your account, new portal users will need to select "Sign up now" and use the email address associated with your membership.

Step 4: Select "My Account".

Step 5: Scroll down to "Carltonians Coterie Full Ticket Bank " and select "Allocate Tickets".

Step 6: Find the match you wish to book for and increase your selection of tickets (this will allocate tickets from your ticket bank).

Step 7: Scroll down and select "Confirm Tickets”.

Each match-day function has a booking deadline date, these are listed on each match in your Carltonians ticket bank via the corporate portal.

Along with the above, your match-day booking communication will also provide the function deadline.

You can secure your access to a match-day function prior to this deadline and make any adjustments to your allocations and guest passes as required. Once this deadline has passed, all bookings are confirmed with no changed or refunds permitted.

Yes! For match-day functions you’re unable to attend, coterie members can bank match-day function tickets and utilise at another home game function.

Please note, the quantity of bank tickets allowed per game is dependent on the category of match and subject to availability.

Banked tickets do not rollover season-to-season and will need to be used during the 2025 home and away season.

On game day you can simply access games by scanning either your physical membership card or digital ticket via the Carlton app!

Digital tickets will be available via the Carlton app 96 hours before bouncedown of the upcoming home game.

Please note, you are still required to book into your match-day function via the Corporate Portal.

Step 1: Download the official Carlton app from your relevant app store.

Step 2: Open the app and scroll down the home page and hit “MOBILE MEMBERSHIP”.

Step 3: Login to your Carlton membership account using your email address linked to your membership account.

Already logged in? Hit logout in the top right and log back in to refresh your app with 2025 tickets!

Step 4: Once logged back in, select the game you’re after and hit “ADD TO WALLET”.

Click HERE to download the Official Carlton App from the App store (iPhone).

Click HERE to download the Official Carlton App from the Google Play store (Android).

As you have General Admission access to away games in Melbourne, you can scan in using either your physical membership card or digital ticket via the Carlton app!

Follow the same steps as outlined above.

*Subject to capacity, excluding fully-ticketed games. A fully-ticketed game means you must upgrade to a reserved seat to access.

If you have purchased the car parking add-on with your coterie package, you will be sent a parking pass the Wednesday of your upcoming match-day function.

This will be sent to you directly by email or SMS via Ticketmaster or Ticketek.

Absolutely! If you’re looking to submit a seating request for your table allocation or reserved seat, please submit your request via the form HERE.

This request can be submitted for the duration of the season, or as a once off request.

Please note, seating preferences are not guaranteed however will be facilitated where possible.

At MCG home games, Carltonians Coterie function is located in the Harrison Room located on Level 2 (N) in the Ponsford Stand, best accessible via Gate 1, with your reserved seats allocated directly outside the function space.

At Marvel Stadium home games, Carltonians Coterie function is located in the Horizon Room located on Level 2 (A39) best accessible via Gate 5, with your reserved seats allocated directly outside the function space.

Step 1: Navigate to the Corporate Portal.

Step 2: Select "Log in" in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3: Log in with the email address linked to your account, new portal users will need to select "Sign up now" and use the email address associated with your membership.

Step 4: Select "My Account".

Step 5: Scroll down to "Carltonians Coterie Full Ticket Bank " and select "Allocate Tickets".

Step 6: Find the match you wish to purchase a guest pass for and to the right of your own ticket allocation, select ‘Buy guest pass’.

Step 7: Increase the quantity of guest passes required and complete the online checkout process.

Please ensure you enter your guests name(s) and note any dietary requirements for yourself and your guest(s) when completing your purchase. This can be done after completing the above by navigating to "Upcoming Events", selecting "Edit Attendees" and entering your dietary requirements in the "Special Requirements" field.

Guest tickets are only available to allocate once you have received your confirmation email the week of your upcoming function.

Please note, these are exclusive Carltonians Coterie member prices and differ from hospitality tickets sold casually.

Dress Code: Business Casual

Pants, chinos, tailored dresses, skirts, button-down shirts and blouses. Blazers and ties optional.

Strictly no denim, casual shirts (polos), hoodies, guernseys, caps or beanies to be worn.

Appropriate footwear is always to be worn - no sports trainers, runners, thongs, gumboots or slippers are permitted.

Please ensure you and any guests are aware and follow the coterie dress code, entry will not be permitted into the function room unless suitably attired.

In 2025 Carltonians Coterie members will receive an exclusive Carltonians scarf, lapel pin, premium pen and member core pack.

Member core packs will include a membership card, lanyard, bumper sticker and commemorative iron-on patch.

Along with your member core pack you will receive a $50 voucher code to continue building your pack from over 20 member-exclusive items via The Carlton Shop.

Member Choice voucher codes expire 15 August 2025.

Please note, coterie member packs will be dispatched in January 2025 onwards after your first membership payment (in full or first instalment) has been processed.
