Member Choice + Member Pack

For any Legends Lounge, General Admission, Junior, Country or Non-access membership purchased, your packs will begin dispatching from Tuesday 29 October. These may take between 2-3 weeks to arrive from the time they are dispatched.

It’s important to note Legends Lounge and Junior member packs will NOT include physical membership cards. These will be mailed out separately in February 2025.

For other reserved seat or reserved bay memberships including Member Zone, Carltonian Bays, Bluetonian Bays and Reserved Seats, packs will begin dispatching in February 2025. Please note, this does not include any junior packs as these memberships will be dispatched from Tuesday 29 October.

Members will have the opportunity to build their own pack from over 20 member-exclusive items. Your unique voucher code* will be sent to the email address associated with your membership account.

To access the member-exclusive range, you will need to sign in or register an account at The Carlton Shop using the email address associated with your membership account. Once logged in, click Member Choice in the top navigation bar.

Members are welcome to add additional items beyond the value of their voucher at an additional cost.

Multiple voucher codes can be used on the same order.

*Voucher code values will vary dependent on membership and will expire on 15 August 2025.

2025 Member Choice voucher codes will expire on Thursday 15 August 2025.

All membership cards are dispatched within 10 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date.

Member Choice orders will be dispatched within three business days, meaning the item(s) should arrive within five business days from when the order is dispatched.
