All 2025 Carlton Football Club (‘Club’) memberships are subject to the following terms and conditions (‘Conditions’). All Club members are also subject to the Member Code of Conduct (‘Code of Conduct’) and, by purchasing a Club membership or becoming a Club member, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct can be viewed here and may be updated by the Club from time to time.

1. PURCHASE OF MEMBERSHIP
> If you are successful in your 2025 membership application, the Club will issue you a payment confirmation electronically within two business days (commencing from Monday 2 September 2024).
> Membership core packs will begin dispatching from Tuesday 15 October. For any membership purchased after this time, packs will be dispatched within seven – 10 business days. This applies to all General Admission, junior and non-access membership products.
> For other memberships including Member Zone, Carltonian Bays, Bluetonian Bays and Reserved Seats, packs will begin dispatch from January 2025. Any junior packs as part of these memberships will be dispatched from Tuesday 15 October.
> PO Boxes can add an additional four business days to delivery time.
> The Club reserves its right not to accept any membership application form in its absolute discretion.
2. TERM OF MEMBERSHIP
> Subject to the Conditions, you will be entitled to the benefits of Club membership from receipt of your membership payment to the conclusion of the 2025 AFL Finals Series.
3. NO ONSELLING
> Club membership ticketing may not, without the prior written consent of the Club, be on-sold (including via online auction sites),used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions), to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer or transferred (except in the case of reserved seat members). If a ticket is on-sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Penalties apply (including cancellation of any offending member's club membership without a refund).
4. AFL AND MCC MEMBER UPGRADES
4.1 AFL
> AFL Members may nominate a club of support and by doing so consent to the AFL providing their personal details to that club, so they may contact you, for example in relation to membership pack fulfilment and finals access. AFL Members who have nominated a club of support may purchase a club Reserved Seat membership upgrade.
4.2 MCC
> MCC members may purchase a reserved seat upgrade via the Club.
> All MCC general admission and non-access upgrades need to be purchased via MCC.
5. GST AND LEVIES
> Except where expressly noted, all prices include GST and any applicable venue levy.
6. REFUND POLICY
> As a general policy, Club memberships are non-refundable. Requests for refunds may be made in writing and are at the discretion of the Membership Sales Manager.
> If there is a material reduction in the match-access component of your membership, our Membership team will contact you directly with a range of options.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
> The Club reserves the right to suspend, cancel, terminate, alter or amend a member's Club membership, without refund, where that member is deemed by the Club to have breached these Conditions (including where that member attempts to transfer for a benefit or sells their Club membership and/or associated benefits) and/or the Code of Conduct.
> A breach by a member of these Conditions or the Code of Conduct may impact their ability to apply for Club membership in future.
8. VARIATION TO CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
> The Club may from time to time, where reasonably necessary, vary these Conditions (including any dates contained herein). The Club will communicate any change to the Conditions via the Club website. Members will have no claim against the Club by reason of any change made to these Conditions.
9. GENERAL STADIUM RULES
> Club members must adhere to all rules and restrictions imposed by the venues attended by the Club member. All venues are smoke and vape free. Patrons are not permitted to bring alcohol into any venue and must adhere to strict restrictions placed on alcohol consumption in designated areas at all venues. Umbrellas are not permitted to be opened anywhere within viewing areas at any time on match day.
10. LOST OR STOLEN MEMBERSHIP CARDS
> Membership cards remain the property of the Club. If a Club membership card is lost or stolen, please contact the Club's Membership team on 1300 227 586 and the Club may then issue a replacement membership card for a fee of $15.
> All lost, stolen or reprinted membership cards will be reissued within seven business days. Cards cannot be replaced on game day.
11. CLUB CONSTITUION AND VOTING RIGHTS
> All Club members are bound by the Club’s Constitution, which can be found here.
> Relevant voting and membership rights are as set out in the Club’s constitution.
12. MEMBERS' PRIVACY
> All personal information of members will be used, and may be disclosed, by the Club (including for promotional and marketing purposes) in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.carltonfc.com.au/privacy and, where applicable, the AFL and AFL Club Privacy Policy available at www.afl.com.au/privacy . By providing your personal information you agree to such use and disclosure as set out in those policies and confirm you have read and agree to be bound by the Club’s Privacy Policy and the AFL and AFL Club Privacy Policy.
13. TELEPHONE AND INTERNET RENEWALS
> Members may renew their Club membership over the telephone or online. By renewing over the telephone or online, you accept these Conditions of Club membership (as amended by the Club from time to time).
14. MEMBER TICKETING OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
> All ticketing offers have a limited capacity. Availability is based on a first come, first served basis. Once this capacity is reached, the Club has the right to terminate the offer at any point. All ticketing offers are subject to capacity and are not guaranteed.
> The Club reserves the right to offer promotions to select members and categories at any time throughout the 2025 season. Any offers are not eligible to be backdated and are only valid for the promotional period or until the Club states the offer has ended or a capacity has been reached.
> Unless otherwise set out in relevant terms and conditions, all offers and promotions will be conducted at:

15. CLUB MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES AND ENTITLEMENTS
15.1 GENERAL
> Membership packs for 2025 will begin dispatching from Tuesday 15 October. After this time, delivery of membership packs can take up to 14 business days from the date of purchase. Please Note: PO Boxes can add an additional four business days to delivery time.
> No exchanges can be made once the item has been dispatched from our mail house.

LEGENDS LOUNGE
> Guaranteed P1+ access to purchase a Grand Final ticket (should Carlton participate).

Full and Casual Adult coterie membership

> Pre-match function hospitality and allocated premium Level 2 reserved seat (quantity, subject to package listed below).
> Full – 11 home games and Causal – 4 home games
> Opportunity to purchase guest passes for home games (subject to availability).
> General admission away access for a designated number of Carlton away games in Melbourne (subject to capacity and AFL match classification).
Youth and Junior coterie membership
> 16 Game general admission membership.
> Ability to purchase into Carltonians Coterie match-day functions.
> Guaranteed P1+ access to purchase a Grand Final ticket (should Carlton participate).
> Priority access to purchase finals tickets in weeks 1¬3 (should Carlton participate).
> Carltonians Coterie members receive a member pre-sale period of one week to renew their membership for the 2025 season, after which the Club has the right to sell the coterie package to the public, and the Club cannot guarantee your coterie membership will still be available should you wish to renew at a later date.
15.3 RESERVED SEAT INFORMATION
> Members with a reserved seat have until the reserved seat cut-off date (applicable to their membership type) to renew their membership for 2025, after which the Club has the right to sell your previous year’s seating to another member, and the Club cannot guarantee your seats will still be available should you renew at a later date.
> The Club will send every unrenewed Reserved Seat member one SMS and email reminder prior to their relevant cut-off date. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure all contact details are up to date and solicited to receive membership communications.
> The Club will not take any responsibility for members that do not receive these communications and subsequently have seats released post the cut-off date.
> The Club has ultimate discretion in the allocation of all reserved seating.
> The Club reserves the right to move your seat in the interest of consolidating seats within the reserve seat bays.
> All members on the waitlist will be allocated as a first priority, however this does not guarantee that seating will be available.
15.4 GENERAL ADMISSION MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

3 GAME
> Priority 2 access to purchase finals tickets in weeks 1–3 (should Carlton participate).
> General admission access for three (3) Carlton home games (subject to capacity and AFL match classification).
15.5 GENERAL ADMISSION INFORMATION
> Access to matches is not guaranteed. Access is subject to capacity, and you are encouraged to reserve a seat in order to guarantee entry, particularly at high-demand matches. Members will be required to pay additional fees and charges when reserving a seat. Access may be gained to unreserved seating on a first come, first served basis subject to availability and members can upgrade to a reserved seat at the venue for an additional fee subject to availability.

INTERSTATE
> Priority access to purchase finals tickets in weeks 1–3 (should Carlton participate).
> General admission access to any five (5) home games played in Melbourne (subject to capacity and AFL match classification).
> Access to Level 1 walk-up seating for home games (subject to capacity).
> Opportunity to upgrade to a Level 1 seat at all home games, for an additional fee.
> For a fully-ticketed match in, Interstate members are required to pay a fee of $15 (adult) or $5 (junior) should they wish to attend.
> Captains Club access for home games at the MCG and Marvel Stadium (subject to capacity).
> Opportunity to purchase Captains Club guest passes for home games (subject to availability).
> Access to purchase a discounted reserved seat ticket for games played in your home state (subject to capacity and AFL match classification). Information on how to purchase a discounted reserved seat ticket will be communicated to you from the Club.
15.7 NON-ACCESS MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
> Any non-access membership holders cannot obtain general admission or reserve seat access to the 2025 AFL Premiership Season or pre-season matches. You must hold at minimum a 2025 3 Game membership. Please refer to your 2025 membership benefits to review your game access entitlements.
> Non-access members have the option to purchase tickets for general admission access or reserved seats at general public prices via the relevant ticket agent.
> Carlton Football Club has the following non-access memberships in season 2025, please refer to individual packages for full detail of their inclusions:

> Baby Blue
> Little Tacker
> AFLW Supporter
> MCC Club Support
> AFL Club Support
> Pet (Pet memberships do not count towards the Club’s 2025 membership tally).
15.7a DIGITAL KAYO
> Offer only available to 2024-25 AFL Club digital members. Must sign up via unique code provided by the AFL or your AFL Club. Must sign up by 30 November 2025. Excludes sign ups or payments via third parties. One redemption per person. After 12-month Kayo offer ends, subscription will automatically renew at standard Kayo pricing (currently $35/month on Kayo Basic), unless the subscription is changed or cancelled prior. If you cancel within 12-month offer period, you will lose the remainder of the offer and you cannot restart the offer. Not available in conjunction with other Kayo offers. Kayo is available in Australia only. Digital Kayo memberships are strictly non-refundable.
15.8 MCC AND AFL UPGRADES
> AFL Absentee Members are not eligible to receive an AFL Member Upgrade through the Carlton Football Club. Juniors under the age of seven as of 1 January 2025 are also not eligible for AFL upgrades. The AFL upgrades are only available to Full or Silver AFL Members with Carlton Club Support.
> The MCC upgrades are only available for Melbourne Cricket Club members. The membership provides either general admission or reserved seat access to all Carlton home games played at Marvel Stadium.
> AFL Club Support Members who upgrade through the Carlton Football Club are entitled to receive one (1) member pack.
15.9 CAPTAINS CLUB ADD-ON
> You must hold a current 2025 access membership, with a minimum of 5 games, to purchase a Captains Club add-on. Non-Access, Auskick and 3 Game and members with a membership upgrade or add-on are ineligible to purchase this upgrade.
> Members with a Captains Club add-on have guaranteed access to purchase a Grand Final ticket should Carlton be a competing team.
> If you purchase multiple memberships, you must purchase multiple Captains Club add-ons for each membership to be eligible for a guaranteed Grand Final ticket.
> The Captains Club add-on is capped at the first 3,000 members.
> AFL Club Support members need to purchase a Carlton membership to be entitled to purchase the Captains Club add-on option.
15.10 AFL FINAL SERIES ENTITLEMENTS
> Each member's access to the 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series matches will be determined in accordance with their respective membership category and corresponding entitlements. Please refer to the terms of your particular membership for further detail. The Club will communicate information relating to members' access to the 2025 AFL Finals Series matches in late August should the Club be participating in the 2025 AFL Finals Series.
15.11 MEMBERSHIP WAITLIST
> A membership waitlist is in place for our premium memberships which are at capacity including Legends Lounge, Captains Club, Carltonian Bay and Members Reserve
> To hold a position on the waitlist, you must hold a Carlton membership which has a minimum of five-games access. Eligible memberships include our GA 11, Flexi 10, Country, Interstate and Member Zone.
> To hold a position on the waitlist for 2025, you must hold an eligible membership by Friday 15 November, 2024.
> The Membership team will contact the Waitlist once per season in December. If your request isn't fulfilled, you will remain on the waitlist should you continue to meet the above criteria.
> You can only hold one waitlist product per-member. If you have multiple family members who wish to hold a position on the waitlist, they will each need to hold a waitlist product in their account and an eligible Carlton membership.
16. MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS AND CONCESSIONS
16.1 FAMILY
> Family of 4 memberships are available for two (2) adults and up to two (2) juniors (under the age of 15 as of 1 January 2025).
> Additional Junior memberships can be purchased at full price.
16.2 JUNIOR
> To be eligible for a Junior membership, the applicant must be at least six years of age and under the age of 15 as at 1 January 2025. Juniors aged under the age of six at 1 January 2025 are entitled to attend matches without a club membership, however they must not occupy a seat.
> Persons aged 15 and over as at 1 January 2025 are classified as an adult, unless they hold valid concession identification.
> It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that their date of birth is correct on their membership account.
CARLTON FOOTBALL CLUB JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS
> Baby Blue memberships are for babies aged 0–12 months at 1 January 2025.
> Little Tacker memberships are for children aged from 1–5 years at 1 January 2025.
> Junior Charlie's Crew memberships are for children aged 6–14 at 1 January 2025.
> Rising Star memberships are for children aged 15–17 at 1 January 2025.
> Children aged six and under at 1 January 2025 are entitled to enter the ground free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat.
> Children 6–14 years at 1 January 2025 will be required to purchase a Junior membership if they wish to be eligible to purchase finals tickets.
AUSKICK JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS
> The Auskick Junior Membership is a bonus four-game AFL and 11 game AFLW General Admission access membership provided to each 2025 Community/Club NAB AFL Auskick participant who opts into receiving a Club Membership at the time of registration, by nominating his/her AFL Club of support (Carlton).
> If a recipient of the Auskick Junior Membership elects to change the club originally selected, the original club membership will be cancelled. A new Club membership will only be provided at the discretion of the AFL.
> An Auskick Junior Membership card will be included in the Auskick benefits pack and mailed to the participant by the AFL after payment has been received.
> Auskick Junior Memberships are not transferable, cannot be resold and are non-refundable.
> Auskick Junior Memberships are subject to all other terms and conditions of the Club’s membership.
> The Club and/or AFL reserves the right to cancel any Auskick Junior Membership without a refund where a member is deemed by the Club and/or AFL to have breached these terms and conditions.
> Auskick members will have Priority 2 access to purchase tickets for weeks 1-3 of finals, should Carlton be participating.
16.3 CONCESSION MEMBERSHIPS
To be eligible to purchase a Concession membership the member must hold one of the following:
> Full-time student card – secondary students over 15 years and full-time tertiary students are required to produce their student card that clearly displays they are a full-time student.
> Pensioner Concession card – aged pensioners, invalid pensioners and single supporting parents are required to produce a Department of Human Services concession card.
> Veterans’ Affairs card – war widows and veterans are required to produce their Veterans’ Affairs concession card or personal entitlement card.
> Appropriate identification needs to be produced annually at the time of purchase and must be present when requested at the games. Failure to provide identification may result in the member's Carlton membership card being confiscated.
16.4 STUDENT
> Student concession is available to people studying full-time in 2025. Your membership application/renewal form must be accompanied by a copy of your 2025 student card or a photocopy of a stamped, receipted 2025 enrolment form from your education institution.
16.5 PENSIONER
> Pensioner concession is available to people holding a 2025 pensioner concession card issued by Centrelink, the Department of Health and Community Services, the Department of Community Services or the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. A Health Care or Health Benefit card will not be accepted. Your membership application/renewal form must be accompanied by a photocopy of your pension card. Pension cards must be valid for the duration of the 2025 AFL Premiership season.
16.6 COUNTRY
> To be eligible for a 2025 Carlton Football Club Country membership you must hold a residential address that is 100km or more from Melbourne CBD.
17. PAYMENT
> Payment of your Club membership fee may be made in one of two ways, Carlton facilitates automatic rollover payments of memberships, via Carlton Direct or upfront full payments. Upfront payment of your membership fee can be paid via any one of the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, Cheque, Cash, EFTPOS or via Carlton Direct upfront payment plan (upfront payment plan option only accepts VISA or MasterCard).
UPFRONT PAYMENT PLAN
> Your membership fee can be paid via an upfront payment through Carlton Direct via: VISA or MasterCard.
> Upfront Carlton Direct payments will be deducted on Tuesday 22 October, 2024 via a nominated VISA or MasterCard only.
> By signing with Carlton Direct, you authorise the Club to arrange a debit of funds from your nominated credit card at the amount advised.
> All members on Carlton Direct are automatically included into an auto-renewal agreement, facilitating automatic rollover of your membership from year to year.
> Members will be given 14 days’ notice in writing of any changes in the new amount of their next season's membership and to the terms of the Carlton Direct agreement.
> If your debit is returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, a letter/SMS and/or email will be sent requesting immediate payment.
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN
> Your membership fee can be paid via monthly instalments through Carlton Direct monthly via: VISA or MasterCard.
> Monthly Carlton Direct payments will be deducted in 11 equal instalments on the 15th of each month (or next following business day), beginning on Tuesday 15 October 2024 via a nominated VISA or MasterCard only.
> By signing with Carlton Direct, you authorise the Club to arrange a debit of funds from your nominated credit card in amounts and at intervals as owed and as advised.
> All members on Carlton Direct are automatically included into an auto-renewal agreement, facilitating automatic rollover of your membership from year to year.
> Members can only opt out of Carlton Direct at the conclusion of their last instalment and prior to the first instalment for the following season by notifying the Club either in writing via email at membership@carltonfc.com.au. All outstanding payments must be complete at the time of opting out.
> Members will be given 14 days’ notice in writing of any changes in the new amount of their next season's membership and to the terms of the Carlton Direct agreement.
> The first instalment will be withdrawn on Tuesday 15 October 2024, with further payments on the 15th of each following month (or next business day). If any payment fails to transfer between institutions on the 15th, further attempts will be made to attempt to clear the fund transfer.
> Members applying for Carlton Direct after the first scheduled payment will have the number of required payments deducted to bring them up to date with the schedule and then subsequent payments at each specified date.
> If your debit is returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, a letter/SMS and/or email will be sent requesting immediate payment. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable to you.
> It is the member’s responsibility to ensure all contact details are up to date on their account. Failure to receive notifications due to incorrect contact details is not the fault of the Carlton Football Club.
> The Club has the right to suspend your membership if, on two consecutive occasions, your drawing is dishonoured by your financial institution.
> The Club has the right to cancel or downgrade memberships when a member falls three or more payments behind.
> It is your responsibility to ensure that:
(a) the account details you have provided are correct (all contact details and credit/debit card details), including notification should the expiry date change within the 11 or six-month program.
(b) you have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account on the scheduled drawing date.
> If your 2025 membership is suspended or cancelled, you will not be able to gain access to any matches during the 2025 AFL Premiership Season or the 2025 AFL Finals Series.
> If you believe that a withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, please contact the Carlton Membership team on 1300 227 586. You will receive a full refund of the withdrawal amount if we cannot substantiate the reason for drawing.
18. 2025 MEMBER CHOICE
> In 2025, eligible members will receive a voucher code which will allow them to redeem member-exclusive items:
AFL scarf, AFLW scarf, cap, beanie, bucket hat, Lunch cooler, sticker sheet, drink bottle, pencil case, seat cover, lapel pin, AFLW lapel pin, consecutive year member pins, autograph book, drawstring bag, AFLW drawstring bay, seat cover, pencil case.
> Details on how to redeem your item will be included in your membership pack.
> Vouchers are for individual/personal use, are strictly non-transferable and are not for resale or on -sale.

ELIGIBLE MEMBERS
> 2025 memberships that receive standard member benefits and have purchased through the Carlton Football Club are eligible to select a Member Choice item.
> Baby Blue members are ineligible to select a Member Choice item. These members will receive an age-specific Baby Blue member pack.
> Little Tacker members are ineligible to select a Member Choice item. These members will receive an age-specific Little Tacker member pack.
> AFLW Junior members are ineligible to select a Member Choice item. These members will receive a member pack and colouring book.
> Pet members are ineligible to select a Member Choice item. These members will receive Pet specific items in their member pack.
> Any members that receives a complementary membership through the Carlton Football Club or external groups are ineligible to select a Members Choice item.
> Any 2025 membership upgrades or add-on packages are ineligible to select a Member Choice item.
> All records containing Member Choice selection are collected and used by the Carlton Football Club in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
> Member Choice items will be available until stock is depleted. Once sold out, an item will be unavailable and cannot be selected as part of Member Choice.
> As a general policy, Member Choice items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
> If you believe your 2025 Member Choice item is damaged or you received the wrong item, any requests for replacement/exchange must be made in writing and are at the discretion of the Carlton Football Club Membership Operations Manager.
