Your membership number, or account ID, is a unique seven-digit number assigned to your membership. It corresponds to your account number on the Club database. You can locate your membership number in your membership account, under 'My Profile', or at the bottom of any emails you receive. It can also be found on the back of your membership card!

Your membership barcode* is a 12-digit number and will change each season when you are issued a new membership card.

*Please note, only members with game-access entitlements have a barcode number.

Your barcode number can be found on the back of your physical membership or via your My Membership account.

Please note, no reserved seats or memberships which include a Grand Final guarantee are available as allocation is exhausted. Members will be able to join the waitlist for the 2025 season from Monday 2 September, 2024. You can view further information regarding our membership waitlist here. We are sorry to hear you want to cancel your membership. As a general policy, Club memberships are non-refundable. Requests for refunds can be made over the phone and are at the discretion of the Club's Membership Manager.

To qualify for a concession-priced membership, you must be a full-time student or hold a 2025 pensioner concession card issued by Centrelink, the Department of Health and Community Services, the Department of Community Services, or the Department of Veteran Affairs. A Health Care or Health Benefit card will not be accepted.

If you do purchase a concession-priced membership or ticket, be sure to bring your valid concession card with you on game day, as you will be asked to produce this upon entry to the stadium.

Of course! However, to purchase a membership as a gift, the membership must be purchased in the recipient's name. Additional details required include the recipient's address, contact number, email, and date of birth. Feel free to contact the Membership team to set this up for you to ensure we don't ruin the surprise!

Your member discount is automatically applied to your cart once you log in to your The Carlton Shop account HERE.

Your shop account is separate to your membership account. You will need to create an account to access your discount if this isn't currently setup. You can do this HERE.

Please note, you must use the same email address you use for your Membership account when creating your Carlton Shop account. If you require further assistance, feel free to contact The Carlton Shop on (03) 9389 6288.

To be eligible for a Junior membership, your child must be under the age of 15 as of 1 January 2025.

If you have a concern regarding your recorded consecutive years of membership, please get in touch with our Membership team either via email at membership@carltonfc.com.au or on 1300 227 586.

We love having Navy Blue supporters beyond Australia! Our international membership allows you to watch every game of the season live and on-demand. You can purchase an international membership HERE.

Once you have signed up as an international member, you will receive an email within 24 hours with your unique access code to WatchAFL and instructions on how to set up your account.

If you do not receive an email, or are having issues accessing your account, you can contact the support team HERE.

By nominating Carlton as your club of support, you will be regarded as an official member of Carlton. You will receive all Club communications and have access to member discounts and promotions.

Your game access is provided by the AFL directly. Should you require any assistance with your access, please contact the AFL Membership team HERE.
