Game Access

In 2024, members will have greater flexibility on how they wish to access games, with both physical membership cards and digital tickets providing game access. Digital tickets will be available via the Carlton app 96 hours before bouncedown of the upcoming home game.

Please note, General Admission seating is on a first come, first served basis, so please disregard the seat number on your digital ticket. Membership cards cannot be used to access fully-ticketed games (except for reserved seat members).

Tickets for Rounds 1-15 are now available to purchase!

Please note Round 1 v Richmond and Round 8 v Collingwood are both fully-ticketed game meaning members must upgrade their access via Ticketek to access the game.

Maybe. . . Your ability to access away games through your membership is contingent on your membership type. You can check your membership access on your membership card.

Additionally, you can upgrade your membership to include General Admission away access, just contact our Membership team either via email at membership@carltonfc.com.au or on 1300 227 586.

If you misplace your membership card, you can contact the Membership team and they can send you a replacement!

You can also access your digital membership card by downloading the official Carlton app. Click HERE for the Apple App store or HERE for Google Play.

You can see more on how to access your digital membership card HERE.

You can simply scan in using either your barcoded membership card or your digital member ticket, and proceed to your designated seating area/bay and choose your seat!

Please note, the AFL may classify a match as 'fully ticketed'. For these events, general admission members will need to reserve a seat in advance to gain entry. If a game becomes a ‘fully ticketed’ game, the Club will communicate this to all members.

Please note, Round 1 v Richmond and Round 8 v Collingwood are both fully-ticketed games.

Access membership: This membership consists of a 12-digit barcode number that allows your to enter games throughout the season. All access members have priority access to finals tickets weeks 1-3.

Non-access membership: Non-access memberships do not provide any access to games throughout the season, nor do they provide access to the AFL finals series.

Great question! A fully-ticketed game means membership cards won’t provide access and all members must use their 12-digit barcode number to upgrade to a reserved seat and secure their access into the stadium.

More information can be found here.

Please note, reserved-seat members do not need to upgrade. They can simply scan into games using their membership card.

Head to the Ticketek (MCG) or Ticketmaster (Marvel Stadium) website and select the match you wish to upgrade for. Enter your 12-digit barcode and any barcodes of members you wish to attend with you and follow the prompts to upgrade. We recommend you upgrading for any games where a higher attendance is expected.

All Legends Lounge, Captains Club Reserved, Carltonians Bay members and those with Captains Club add-on have guaranteed access to purchase a Grand Final ticket should Carlton participate.

Please note, all our Grand Final guarantee products are now sold out.

It's easy! Simply show your physical membership card or your digital member ticket via the Carlton app at the door of your respective function room to gain access.

For more information regarding your specific function room and match-day access each week, scan the QR code on the back of your membership card.

Unfortunately not. It is highly likely that the seats around you are held by other reserved seat members for the season, so there is no opportunity to purchase guest seats within your reserved seat area. Dependent on your membership type, you may have the opportunity to purchase guest passes for seating in an allocated area.

To request a seat change, please contact the Membership team on 1300 227 586.
