Reserved Seat Returns

Return and earn!

Don't leave your seat empty in 2025! Reserved seat members can return their seat via the Carlton App and if their seat is sold, they will receive a credit towards their 2026 Carlton membership.

Don't worry, your reserved seat will only be available to purchase to fellow Carlton members.

As previously communicated, seat returns must be actioned by 11:59pm the Monday before the home game you're not attending. Given this timing, seat returns are now closed for Thursday night's game v Hawthorn.

IMPORTANT: Seat returns are only available for Carlton home games. They cannot be undone once actioned. Be sure to only do this if you know you’re not attending a specific game.

Here’s how you do it.

1. Download the Official Carlton App. Click HERE to download the Official Carlton App from the App store (iPhone). Click HERE to download the Official Carlton App from the Google Play store (Android)
2. Open up the Official Carlton App and hit Mobile ticketing.
3. Select the game you wish to return your seat for, let your ticket load and then hit ‘More ticket actions’ at the bottom of the screen.
4. Once the next page loads, hit return and then select the specific seat you wish to return.
5. Hit continue.
6. Tick seat return, and hit continue again.
7. Review your return and then hit submit if all is correct!
8. It’s important to note, seat returns cannot be undone once actioned. Be sure to only do this if you know you’re not attending the game!
9. You will also receive a confirmation email once your seat return has been successfully actioned.

A credit towards your 2026 membership will only be applied if your seat is sold. Credits are up to $70 per game depending on your level of Reserved Seat membership, membership type (adult, concession, junior) and whether the game has been determined a medium or high category.
