Return and earn!

Don't leave your seat empty in 2026! Reserved seat members can return their seat via the Carlton App and if their seat is sold, they will receive a credit towards their 2027 Carlton membership.

Don't worry, your reserved seat will only be available to purchase to fellow Carlton members.

As previously communicated, seat returns must be actioned by 11:59pm the Monday before the home game you're not attending.

IMPORTANT: Seat returns are only available for Carlton home games. They cannot be undone once actioned. Be sure to only do this if you know you’re not attending a specific game.

Here’s how you do it.

Step 1 — Download the Carlton App

Download the Official Carlton App. Click HERE to download the Official Carlton App from the App store (iPhone). Click HERE to download the Official Carlton App from the Google Play store (Android)

Step 2 — Open the Members Section

1. Open the app.

2. Tap the 'Members' tab located in the bottom centre of your screen.

3. Select 'Mobile Membership.'

Step 3 — Log in to Ticketmaster

If you haven’t already, sign in using your Ticketmaster account details.

Step 4 — Select Your Game

1. Find the game you want to return your seat for.

2. Tap 'View Tickets.'

3. Wait for the ticket to fully load.

Step 5 — Begin the Seat Return

1. Scroll down and tap 'More Ticket Actions.'

2. Select 'Return.'

3. Choose the ticket(s) you want to return.

Step 6 — Confirm Your Return

1. Tap 'Continue.'

2. Tap 'Seat Return.'

3. Tap 'Continue' again.

4. Review the confirmation page.

5. If correct, tap 'Submit.'

Important Reminder

Seat returns cannot be undone once submitted. Only return your seat if you’re sure you won’t be attending the game.

Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your seat return has been successfully processed.

A credit towards your 2027 membership will only be applied if your seat is sold. Credits are up to $70 per game depending on your level of Reserved Seat membership, membership type (adult, concession, junior) and whether the game has been determined a medium or high category.
