Seat Return Terms & Conditions

By returning your seat through Carlton FC’s Seat Return program (Program), you agree to the below Terms and Conditions.

1. Seats may be returned online by logging into your Carlton Account Manager.
2. Once your seat has been returned, it cannot be retrieved for that match.
3. If your returned seat is successfully on-sold by Ticketek or Ticketmaster (as the case may be), you will be allocated a credit in the amount set out in the below table (Credit).
4. You will only be eligible to receive Credit where your seat is returned and purchased through Ticketek or Ticketmaster. Tickets returned, sold or purchased through any other means are not eligible to receive Credit.
5. Credit:
   1. is only allocated if the returned seat is successfully on-sold by Ticketek and Ticketmaster;
   2. earned through the Program may only be redeemed on your membership for the following season;
   3. is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash; and
   4. will be calculated at the completion of the 2025 home and away season and automatically applied to membership accounts for the following season.
6. Cheer Squad members, Life Members and Companions are ineligible to return their seat for Credit.
