Game day information

Members can scan into this weekend’s clash with Port Adelaide using their physical membership card or digital member ticket via the Carlton app. More information regarding digital ticketing can be found here. Please be sure to add your ticket to your wallet before arriving at the ground. They will be available 96 hours before bouncedown.

Please note, all memberships, with the exception of reserved seat members, are non-transferable.

Merchandise

The Carlton Shop will be open inside Gate 7 once gates open and for the duration of the game. Shop at Gate 7 for all proceeds to go back to the Club.

The Membership team will be available outside Gate 5 if you require any assistance getting into the stadium.

Function room access

• Captains Club members can access the Victory Room from 5:45pm this Friday.
• The Victory room is located on the Harbour Side of the ground (Level 1, behind Aisles 16-18).
• Meals will be available to purchase up until half time, with footy fare available for the duration of the match. No pre-booking of meals is required.
• Raffle tickets will be available to purchase at the door with prizes including signed items up until half time.
• Interviews will commence approximately 45 minutes before bouncedown, so be sure to arrive nice and early.
• To gain access to the function space, please ensure you bring along your physical membership card or show your digital member ticket via the Carlton app.

Guest passes

• Round 20 guest passes to the Captains Club function room are now available, however as per previous rounds, this only provides function room access, not access into the stadium. You will still need to purchase a general admission ticket for your guest, along with a guest pass to access Captains Club.
• Guest passes can be purchased for adults ($35), concessions ($25) and juniors ($20) by registering here or calling 1300 227 586.
• Guest passes will be available for collection at Marvel Stadium Gate 5 from 12pm until quarter time.
• Due to limited capacity and to prioritise member access, guest passes will be limited to one per member.

Accessible seating is available to purchase at various price points via the Ticketmaster website. You can view information related to accessible seating ticketing information here. Should you require extra support on game day, please seek stadium staff for assistance.

Trains

Southern Cross Station is located adjacent to Marvel Stadium and stops for both V-line and Metropolitan train lines. It is a short walk across the Spencer Street/Bourke Street pedestrian footbridge.

Trams

City trams run to Marvel Stadium via La Trobe Street and Harbour Esplanade:

- Tram #30: St Vincents Plaza / Central Pier Docklands

- Tram #35: Anticlockwise / Anticlockwise or Clockwise / Clockwise

- Tram #70: Waterfront City Docklands / Wattle Park

- Tram #75: Central Pier Docklands / Vermont South

- Tram #86: Waterfront City Docklands / Bundoora RMIT

Trams also stop in the CBD on Spencer Street, Bourke Street and Collins Street, and all are a short walk to Marvel Stadium:

- Tram #96: St Kilda Beach / East Brunswick

- Tram #11: West Preston / Victoria Harbour Docklands

- Tram #48: North Balwyn / Victoria Harbour Docklands

Buses

The bus terminus is at Southern Cross Train Station and services airport transfers as well as routes across country Victoria. Marvel Stadium is a short walk across the Bourke Street pedestrian footbridge from the bus terminus.

Parking

Marvel Stadium's car parking in Docklands is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with more than 2,500 undercover car parks available daily.

Carpark entrance/exit points are located on Bourke Street (A & B), Wurundjeri Way (C) and La Trobe Street (D & E). The car park is divided into four colour sections on each level. Simply park your car and take note of the colour and level you have parked on. There are lifts from each car park level to the internal concourse at Gates 4, 6, 8 and 9.

Please note, the car park has a maximum clearance of 2.10 meters.
