RESERVED SEAT FORWARDING

Reserved seat members can forward their seat via the Carlton App.

Here’s how you do it.

Step 1 – Download the Carlton App

Download the Official Carlton App. Click  HERE  to download the Official Carlton App from the App store (iPhone). Click  HERE  to download the Official Carlton App from the Google Play store (Android)

Step 2 — Open the Members Section

1. Open the app.

2. Tap the 'Members' tab located in the bottom centre of your screen.

3. Select 'Mobile Membership.'

Step 3 — Log in to Ticketmaster

If you haven’t already, sign in using your Ticketmaster account details.

Step 4 — Select Your Game

1. Find the game you want to return your seat for.

2. Tap 'View Tickets.'

3. Wait for the ticket to fully load.

Step 5 — Forward Your Ticket

1. Scroll down and tap ‘Transfer'

2. Choose the seat(s) you will be forwarding

3. Select ‘Transfer to’

4. Enter the recipient details by selecting from contacts or manually entering a recipient

5. Select ‘Transfer 1 Ticket’ to complete the transfer
