Update your membership details

Need to update details attached to your membership? Read below for the steps you need to take.

Contact details

Step 1: Log into your membership account here.

Step 2: Once you are logged into your account, in the top right corner select 'Personal Account'

Step 3: Select the Option 'Switch Accounts', select the account you need to update the details for.

Step 4: Select 'Account information' on the left hand side under My Profile. Under Account Information you will see the option to update your email via Ticketmaster. Select the website link.

Step 5: Ticketmaster will open a new page with your account details.

Step 6: Update your details.

Postal address

Step 1: Log into your membership account here.

Step 2: Once you are logged into your account, in the top right corner select 'Personal Account'

Step 3: Select 'My Profile'.

Step 4: Account Overview will appear on your screen, then under Address select, 'Edit address'.

Step 5: After you have updated the address, select 'Save changes'.

Payment details

Step 1: Log into your membership account here.

Step 2: Once you are logged into your account, in the top right corner select 'Personal Account'

Step 3: Select 'My Profile'.

Step 4: Account Overview will show on your screen, then under the Payment method section , select 'Add/edit'.

Step 5: Select add card, after have updated the card details, select 'SAVE'.
