MEMBERSHIP

2018 CARLTON FOOTBALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All 2018 Carlton Football Club Memberships are subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. PURCHASE OF MEMBERSHIP

If you are successful in your Membership application, the Club will issue you a payment confirmation electronically within 2 business days (from Tuesday 17 October 2017). Your membership card and fulfilment package will be issued separately between 10-14 business days from the date of purchase * (from 17 October 2017). Please Note: P.O Boxes can add an additional 4 business days to delivery time.
Due to our overseas mail house closure, memberships purchased between Wednesday January 2018 and Tuesday 3 February 2018 will experience delays in receiving their membership pack. Memberships purchased during this period will take approximately six (6) weeks to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience caused in result of this delay. 
Members who join during the season will receive an e-card prior to the next game. The Club reserves its right not to accept any Membership application form in its absolute discretion. 
*Baby Blue and Little Tacker members will receive their membership card with their 2018 membership package.

2. TERM OF MEMBERSHIP

Subject to the following terms and conditions, your Club Membership will entitle you to the benefits of Club Membership from receipt of your Membership payment to the conclusion of the 2018 Toyota AFL Finals Series.

 

3. NO ONSELLING

Club Membership cards/e-cards and Club tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Club, be on sold (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is on sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. Penalties apply (including cancellation of any offending member's Club Membership without a refund).
 

4. MCG AND AFL MEMBER UPGRADES

4.1
AFL Members may nominate a club of support and by doing so consent to the AFL providing their personal details to that club, so they may contact you, for example in relation to membership pack fulfilment and finals access. AFL Members who have nominated a club of support may purchase a Club reserved seat membership upgrade.

4.2
MCC members may purchase a Club upgrade via the Club.

5. GST AND LEVIES

Except where expressly noted, all prices include GST and any applicable vanue levy.

6. REFUND POLICY

As a general policy, Club Memberships are non-refundable. Requests for refunds may be made in writing and are at the discretion of the Club's Membership Sales Manager.
 

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

The Club reserves its right to cancel a member's Club Membership without a refund where that member is deemed by the Club to have breached these terms and conditions (including where that member attempts to transfer or sell their Club Membership and/or associated benefits).
 

8. CLUB MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT

While barracking and supporting your club is a vital part of the game, offensive or aggressive behaviour (including yelling and swearing when dealing with Club staff, agents or AFL or other event staff) will not be tolerated. Club Members who consume alcohol on a match day are to do so responsibly. Drunkenness will not be tolerated. Club Members who breach the behaviour code of conduct may face penalties including cancellation of Membership without refund. The Club endorses the AFL's stance on vilification and has a zero-tolerance for members or supporters that abuse the opposition, opposition supporters, or umpires on grounds of race, religion, gender and sexuality.
 

9. VARIATION TO CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Club may from time to time where reasonably necessary vary the terms and conditions of Club Membership. The Club will communicate any change to its membership terms and conditions via the Club website or email. Members will have no claim against the Club by reason of any change made to the terms and conditions of Club Membership.
 

10. GENERAL STADIUM RULES

Club Members must adhere to all rules and restrictions imposed by the venues attended by the Club Member. All venues are smoke-free. Patrons are not permitted to bring alcohol into any venue and must adhere to strict restrictions placed on alcohol consumption in designated areas at all venues. Umbrellas are not permitted to be opened anywhere within viewing areas at any time on match day.
 

11. LOST OR STOLEN MEMBERSHIP CARDS

Membership cards remain the property of the Club. If a Club Membership card is lost or stolen, please contact the Club's Membership Services Team on 1300 CARLTON (1300 227 586) and the Club may then issue a replacement Membership card subject to receipt of the replacement card fee (as advised by the Club). The card will be replaced at no cost upon provision if a police report or statutory declaration detailing the theft.
 

12. VOTING RIGHTS

An applicant for Ordinary Membership, 18 years or above, who pays, or enters into an agreement to pay by instalments, the annual subscription fee which entitles him or her to attend, at a minimum, all home games of the Club or Country and Interstate membership, is automatically eligible to be registered as an Ordinary Member of the Club subject to Board approval. All Members of the Club are bound by the Constitution. Applicants cannot be a nominee or trustee of another person nor hold or be entitled to hold any other membership of the Club. If the Club is wound up, Members and those who ceased to be Members within a year of the winding up are required to contribute up to $50 to the assets of the Club.
 

13. MEMBERS' PRIVACY

All personal information will be used, and may be disclosed, by the Club (including for promotional and marketing purposes) in accordance with the AFL and AFL Club Privacy Policy available at www.afl.com.au/privacy. By providing your personal information you agree to such use and disclosure by the Club and confirm you have read and agree to be bound by the AFL and AFL Club Privacy Policy.
 

14. TELEPHONE AND INTERNET RENEWALS

Members may renew their Club Membership over the telephone or online. By renewing over the telephone or online, you accept these terms and conditions of Club Membership (as amended by from time to time by the Club).
 

15. MEMBER TICKETING OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

All ticketing offers have a limited capacity. Availability is based on a first come, first serve basis. Once this capacity is reached the Club has the right to terminate the offer at any point. All ticketing offers are subject to capacity and are not guaranteed.

Carlton FC reserves the right to offer promotions to select members and categories at any time throughout the 2018 season. Any offers are not eligible to be back dated, and are only valid for the promotional period or until Carlton FC states the offer has ended or a capacity has been reached.

17. ALTERATIONS

The Carlton Football Club may from time to time where reasonably necessary vary the terms and conditions of Carlton Football Club Membership. The Carlton Football Club will communicate any change to its membership terms and conditions via the Carlton Football Club website. Members will have no claim against Carlton Football Club by reason of any change made to its membership terms and conditions.

MEMBERSHIP ENTITLEMENT

2018 CARLTON FOOTBALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All 2018 Carlton Football Club Memberships are subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

18. CLUB MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES AND ENTITLEMENTS

18.1
GENERAL

>  All memberships are strictly non-transferable.

>  Delivery of Membership Packs can take 10-14 business days from the date of purchase. Please Note: P.O Boxes can add an additional 4 business days to delivery time.

>  No exchanges can be made once the item has been dispatched from our mail house.

>  All lost, stolen or reprinted Membership Cards will incur a replacement fee of $20 per Adult and $10 per Concession or Junior. Cards will be sent out within 7 working days. Cards cannot be replaced on game day.

>  Once a Membership has been purchased, the Carlton Football Club is under no obligation to provide a cancellation or refund. Requests for refunds may only be considered in writing and under exceptional circumstance as determined by Carlton Football Club.
 

18.2
MEMBERS ONLY MERCHANDISE ITEMS

>  Members Only Merchandise items cannot be paid off by instalments through our Carlton Direct Monthly payment plan. These items need to be paid in full at the time of purchase.

>  Members Only Merchandise items are non-refundable, however items can be exchanged at the Clubs discretion should we have surplus stock.

CAPTAINS CLUB PREMIUM

 Guaranteed access to purchase a Grand Final ticket (Should Carlton participate).
>  Priority access to purchase Finals tickets in Weeks 1 to 3 (Should Carlton participate).
>  Level 2/3 reserved seating.
>  Social Club access for home games at MCG and  Etihad Stadium.
>  Opportunity to purchase Social Club guest passes for home games (subject to availability).
>  Option of General Admission away access for a designated number of Carlton away games in Melbourne (subject to capacity and AFL match classification).

 

CAPTAINS CLUB RESERVED

Guaranteed access to purchase a Grand Final ticket (Should Carlton participate).
>  Priority access to purchase Finals tickets in Weeks 1 to 3 (Should Carlton participate).
>  Level 1 or 2 reserved seating.
>  Social Club access for home games at MCG and  Etihad Stadium.
>  Opportunity to purchase Social Club guest passes for home games (subject to availability).
>  Option of General Admission away access for a designated number of Carlton away games in Melbourne (subject to capacity and AFL match classification).

 

MEMBERS RESERVED

Priority access to purchase a Grand Final ticket (Should Carlton participate).
>  Priority access to purchase Finals tickets in Weeks 1 to 3 (Should Carlton participate).
>  Level 1 or 3 reserved seating.
>  Option of General Admission away access for a designated number of Carlton away games in Melbourne (subject to capacity and AFL match classification).

 

MEMBERS RESERVE - ENTRY LEVEL 1

Priority access to purchase a Grand Final ticket (Should Carlton participate).
>  Priority access to purchase Finals tickets in Weeks 1 to 3 (Should Carlton participate).
>  Level 1 reserved seating.
>  Option of General Admission away access for a designated number of Carlton away games in Melbourne (subject to capacity and AFL match classification).

 

RESERVED SEAT INFORMATION

The renewal cut-off date for Captains Club Premium Reserved is 5:00pm, Friday 10 November 2017
>  The renewal cut-off date for Captains Club Level 2 Reserved is 5:00pm, Wednesday 15 November 2017
>  The renewal cut-off date for Members Reserved Level 1 and 3 is 5:00pm, Friday 17 November 2017

>  Once the above dates have past, the Carlton Football Club has the right to sell your previous years seating to another member, and the Carlton Football Club will not guarantee your seats will still be available should you renew at a later date.

Carlton Football Club will send every unrenewed reserved seat member one SMS and email reminder prior to their relevant cut-off date. It is the members responsibility to ensure all contact details are up to date and solicited to receive membership communications, the Club will not take any responsibility for members that do not receive these communications and subsequently have seats released post the cut-off date.

>  The Club has ultimate discretion in the allocation of all reserved seating.

> The Club reserves the right to move your seat left or right within the same row if it is in the interest of consolidating seats within that bay.

>  All Members on the Level 2 waitlist will be allocated as a first priority, however this does not guarantee that seating will be available.

Reserved seat members be able to use the Interactive Seating Map to choose and alter thier  own seats in 2018, this is available from the on sale date. The Interactive Seating Map enables a member to choose their own seat from the availability shown.
The Map can be accessed via My Blues account.
If you had a reserved seat or existing payment plan in 2017 please call the Club on 1300 227 586 to make a change or add a seat.

18.4
GENERAL ADMISSION MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

CAPTAINS CLUB GENERAL ADMISSION

MEMBERS GENERAL ADMISSION

>  Priority access to purchase Finals tickets in Weeks 1 to 3 (Should Carlton participate).
>  General Admission access for a designated number of Carlton games (subject to capacity and AFL match classification).

 

FLEXI 10

>  Priority access to purchase Finals tickets in Weeks 1 to 3 (Should Carlton participate).
>  General Admission tickets for 10 (10) Carlton Home games (subject to capacity and AFL match classification).

 

3 GAME

>  Priority access to purchase Finals tickets in Weeks 1 to 3 (Should Carlton participate).
>  General Admission access for three (3) Carlton Home games (subject to capacity and AFL match classification).

 

JUNIOR (6 - 17 YRS)

>  Priority access to purchase Finals tickets in Weeks 1 to 3 (Should Carlton participate).
>  General Admission access for home and away games in Melbourne (subject to capacity and AFL match classification).

 

GENERAL ADMISSION INFORMATION

Access to matches is not guaranteed. Access is subject to capacity and you are encouraged to reserve a seat in order to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand matches. Members will be required to pay additional fees and charges when reserving a seat. Access may be gained to unreserved seating on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability and Members can upgrade to a reserved seat at the venue for an additional fee subject to availability.
 

18.5

>   Opportunity to purchase Social Club guest passes for home games (subject to availability).

 

INTERSTATE

>  Priority access to purchase Finals tickets in Weeks 1 to 3 (Should Carlton participate).
>  General Admission access to any five (5) home games played in Melbourne (subject to capacity and AFL match classification).
>  Access to Level 1 walk up seating for home games (subject to capacity).
>  Social Club access for home games at MCG and  Etihad Stadium.
>  Opportunity to purchase Social Club guest passes for home games (subject to availability).
> Access to purchase a discounted reserved seat ticket (through the Carlton Football Club) for games played interstate (subject to capacity and AFL match classification).
Note: You must be a current resident of W.A to purchase tickets for games played in this state due to high demand.

 

18.6
NON-ACCESS MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

>  Any non-access membership holders cannot obtain General Admission or Reserve seat access to the 2018 AFL season or NAB Challenge Series, you must hold at minimum a 2018, 3 Game membership. Please refer to your 2018 membership benefits to review your game access entitlements.
>  Non access members have the option to purchase tickets for General Admission access or reserved seats at general public prices.

Carlton Football Club has the following non-access memberships in season 2018, please refer to individual packages for full detail of their inclusions:

>  International Membership
>  Digital Membership
True Blue Membership
>  Baby Blue Memberhsip
>  Pet Membership (Pet Memberships do not count towards Carlton's 2018 Membership tally).
>  Little Tacker Membership
>  MCC Club Support
>  AFL Club Support

 

18.7
MCC AND AFL UPGRADES

>  AFL Absentee Members are not eligible to receive an AFL Member Upgrade through the Carlton Football Club. Juniors under the age of 7 as of 1 January 2018 are also not eligible for AFL Upgrades. The AFL Upgrades are only available to Full or Silver AFL Members with Carlton Club Support.
>  The MCC Upgrades are only available for Melbourne Cricket Club Members. The Membership provides either general admission or reserved seat access to all Carlton home games played at Etihad Stadium.
>  AFL Club Support Members who upgrade through the Carlton Football Club are entitled to receive one (1) fulfilment pack.

 

18.8
CLUB 17

>  You must hold a current 2018 Membership to purchase a Club 17 Upgrade. At Home, Little Tacker, Baby Blue, Upgrade and Add On Memberships are ineligible to purchase this Upgrade.
>  Club 17 Members have guaranteed access to purchase a Grand Final ticket should Carlton be a competing team.
>  If you purchase multiple Memberships, you must purchase multiple Club 17 Upgrades for each Membership to be eligible for a guaranteed Grand Final ticket.
>  The Club 17 Upgrade offer is capped at the first 3,000 Members.
>  AFL Club Support needs to purchase a Carlton Membership to be entitled to purchase the Club 17 Upgrade option.

18.9
TOYOTA AFL FINAL SERIES ENTITLEMENTS

Each Member's access to the 2018 Toyota AFL Finals Series matches will be determined in accordance with their respective membership category and corresponding entitlements. Please refer to the terms of your particular membership for further detail. The Club will communicate information relating to Members' access to The 2018 Toyota AFL Finals Series matches in late August should the Club be participating in the 2018 Toyota AFL Finals Series.

CLASSIFICATIONS & CONCESSIONS

2018 CARLTON FOOTBALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All 2018 Carlton Football Club Memberships are subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

19. MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS AND CONCESSIONS

19.1
FAMILY

>  Family of 4 Memberships are available for two (2) adults and up to two (2) juniors (under the age of 15 as of 1 January 2018).
>  Family of 6 Memberships are available for two (2) adults and up to four (4) juniors (under the age of 15 as of 1 January 2018).

>  Additional Junior Memberships can be purchased at full price.

 

19.2
JUNIOR

To be eligible for a Junior Membership, the applicant must be 5 years of age or more and under the age of 15 as at 1 January 2018. Juniors aged under the age of 4 at 1 January 2018 are entitled to attend matches without a Club Membership, however they must not occupy a seat.
 Persons aged 15 and over as at 1 January 2018 are classified as an adult, unless they hold valid Concession identification.
It is the members responsibility to ensure that their D.O.B is correct on the membership account.

 

CARLTON FOOTBALL CLUB JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS

Baby Blue Memberships are for babies aged 0 as of 1 January 2018.
Little Tacker Memberships are for children aged from 2–4 years as at 1 January 2018.
Junior Memberships are for children aged 5–14 as at 1 January 2018.
Rising Star Memberships are for children aged 15–17 as at 1 January 2018.
Children aged 4 and under as at 1 January 2018 are entitled to enter the ground free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat.
Children 4–15 years as of 1 January 2018 will be required to purchase a Junior Membership if they wish to be eligible to purchase finals tickets.

 

19.3
CONCESSION  MEMBERSHIPS

To be eligible to purchase a Concession Membership the member must hold one of the following:

>  Full-time student card – Secondary students over 15 years and full time tertiary students are required to produce their student card that clearly displays they're a full-time student.
>  Pension card – Aged pensioners, invalid pensioners and single supporting parents are required to produce a Department of Human Services concession card.
>  Veterans affairs card – War widows and veterans are required to produce their veteran affairs concession card or personal entitlement card.

Appropriate identification needs to be produced annually at the time of purchase and must be present when requested at the games. Failure to provide identification may result in the Member's Carlton Membership Card being confiscated.
 

19.4
STUDENT

Student concession is available to people studying full-time in 2018. Your Membership application/renewal form must be accompanied by a copy of your 2018 student card or a photocopy of a stamped, receipted 2018 enrolment form from your education institution.
 

19.5
PENSIONER

Pensioner concession is available to people holding a 2018 pensioner concession card issued by Centrelink, the Department of Health and Community Services, the Department of Community Services or the Department of Veteran Affairs. A Heath Care or Health Benefit card will not be accepted. Your Membership application/renewal form must be accompanied by a photocopy of your pension card. Pension cards must be valid for the duration of the 2018 football season.
 

19.6
COUNTRY

To be eligible for a 2018 Carlton Football Club Country membership you must hold a residential address that is 100km or more from Melbourne CBD.

PAYMENT/CARLTON DIRECT

2018 CARLTON FOOTBALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All 2018 Carlton Football Club Memberships paying via Carlton Direct are subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

PAYMENT

Payment of your Club Membership fee may be made in one of two ways:

FULL PAYMENT
Your full Membership fee can be paid via any one of the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, Cheque, Cash, EFTPOS or via Carlton Direct upfront payment plan (Upfront payment plan option only accepts VISA or MasterCard).

MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN
Your Membership fee can be paid via monthly instalments through Carlton Direct Monthly via: VISA or MasterCard.

Monthly Carlton Direct payments will be deducted in eleven (11) equal instalments on the 15th of each month (or next following business day), beginning on Monday 16 October, 2017 via a nominated VISA or MasterCard only.

For 2018 Memberships purchased from the 15 January 2018, Carlton Direct payments will be deducted in 8 equal instalments on the 15th of each month (or next following business day), beginning on 15 January, 2018 via a nominated VISA or MasterCard only. At the end of the 2018 Season all members on Carlton Direct monthly will roll over onto the Carlton Direct eleven (11) equal instalment Payment Plan for the 2019 Season.

For 2018 Memberships purchased from the 15 March 2018, Carlton Direct payments will be deducted in six equal instalments on the 15th of each month (or next following business day), beginning on 15 March, 2018 via a nominated VISA or MasterCard only. At the end of the 2018 Season all members on Carlton Direct monthly will roll over onto the Carlton Direct eleven equal instalment Payment Plan for the 2019 Season.

By signing with Carlton Direct, you authorise the Club to arrange a debit of funds from your nominated credit card in amounts and at intervals as owed and as advised.

All members on Carlton Direct are automatically included into an Auto Renewal Agreement, facilitating automatic rollover of your memberships from year to year.

Members can only opt out of Carlton Direct at the conclusion of their last instalment and prior to the first instalment for the following season by notifying the Club either in writing or via email membership@carltonfc.com.au. All outstanding payments must be complete at time of opting out.

Members will be given 14 days notice in writing of any changes in the new amount of their next season's membership and to the terms of the Carlton Direct agreement. 

The first instalment will be withdrawn on 15 October, 2017 (or next business day), with further payments on the 15th of each following month (or next business day). If any payment fails to transfer between institutions on the 15th, further attempts will be made to attempt to clear the fund transfer.

Members applying for Carlton Direct after the first scheduled payment will have the number of required payments deducted to bring them up to date with the schedule and then subsequent payments at each specified date.

 If your debit is returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, a letter/SMS and/or email will be sent requesting immediate payment. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable to you.
It is the members responsibility to ensure all contact details are up to date on their account. Failure to receive notifications due to incorrect contact details is not the fault of the Carlton Football Club.

The Club has the right to suspend your membership if, on two consecutive occasions, your drawing is dishonoured by your financial institution.

It is your responsibility to ensure that:
(a) the account details you have provided are correct (all contact details and credit/debit card details), including notification should the expiry date change within the eleven or six month program.
(b) you have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account on the scheduled drawing date.

If your 2018 Membership is suspended or cancelled, you will not be able to gain access to any matches during the 2018 Premiership Season or the 2018 Toyota AFL Finals Series.

If you believe that a withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, please contact the Carlton Membership Services Team on 1300 CARLTON (1300 227 586). You will receive a full refund of the withdrawal amount if we cannot substantiate the reason for drawing.

DISCOUNTS

Should a Carlton Direct payment plan member be eligible for a 2018 Carlton Direct Discount it will be applied as follows:

UPFRONT
Any members on Carlton Direct Upfront will have their discount applied prior to their first debit on 15 October, 2017 (or next business day).

MONTHLY
Any members on Carlton Direct Monthly will have their discount applied on the second monthly instalment on 15 November, 2017 (or next business day).

GST AND LEVIES

Except where expressly noted, all prices include GST and any applicable venue levy.

As a general policy, Carlton Football Club Memberships are non-refundable. Requests for refunds may be made in writing and are at the sole discretion of the Club's Membership Sales Manager.

MEMBERS CHOICE

2018 MEMBER CHOICE

In 2018, eligible members can nominate the item they would like to receive in their membership pack.
Eligible 2018 Members have the choice of one (1) of the below items:

1.  A $20 donation back to the club
2.  A $20 voucher to the Carlton Shop *
3.  Two (2) General Admission Tickets for 2018 Carlton home games of your choice

ELIGIBLE MEMBERS

2018 Memberships that receive Standard Member Benefits and have purchased through The Carlton Football Club are eligible to select a Members Choice item.
Baby Blue members are ineligible to select a Member Choice item. These members will receive an age specific Baby Blue Membership pack.
Little Tacker members are ineligible to select a Member Choice item. These members will receive an age specific Little Tacker Membership pack.
Pet members are ineligible to select a Member Choice item. These members will receive Pet specific items in their Membership pack.
Any Members that receive a complementary membership through the Carlton Football Club or external groups are ineligible to select a Members Choice item.
Any 2018 Membership upgrades or add on packages are ineligible to select a Members Choice item.

ENTITLEMENTS

Only one (1) selection is allowed per 2018 membership product.
Your selection is final and cannot be changed/altered.

>  If you have multiple memberships under one name, you will need to contact Carlton Football Club membership to make your selections.
Your members choice selection must be made when purchasing\renewing your membership.
If no selection is made, the member will be issued with the default item being a 2018 Members Scarf or Members Cap as decided by Carlton Football Club.
It is the members responsibility to ensure their selection is made, at the time of purchase.
It is the members responsibility to ensure all details entered when making a selection are correct.
All records containing Members Choice selection are collected and used by the Carlton Football Club in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 
Family Memberships must have a selection for every member in the family.

Members Choice items will be available until stock is depleted. Once sold out an item will be unavailable and cannot be selected as part of Members Choice.
As a general policy, Members Choice items are not eligible for exchange.
> If you believe your 2018 Members Choice item is damaged or you received the wrong item, any requests for replacements/exchange must be made in writing and are at the discretion of the Carlton Football Club Membership Sales Manager.

WHEN A TRANSACTION IS AUTHORISED

PURCHASES EXCEEDING THE VOUCHER VALUE

The Carlton Football Club is giving you a chance to WIN a trip for two people to China. Join as a 2018 member with Carlton Direct by Friday March 2, 2018 to go in the draw to win. This fantastic prize includes return economy airfares for two people to Hong Kong, ten nights’ accommodation at four star hotels (based on twin share), transfers and $1500 spending money.

Please note: Travel must be booked before April 30, 2018 and departure must be by December 31, 2018.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 Prize will be drawn at Carlton Football Club, 10:00am on Tuesday 6 March 6 2018.

 Prize winner will be contacted via telephone on Tuesday 6 March 6 2018 with details on how to book the prize with a club appointed travel agent.

 Return economy Airfares for two persons to Hong Kong, flying within the Virgin Australia network and affiliates.

 Prize winner will have the option of travelling to Shanghai from Hong Kong at time of booking.
