HOW DO I JOIN AS A 2018 CARLTON MEMBER?

You can join the journey as a Carlton Member via membership.carltonfc.com.au, over the phone on 1300 CARLTON (1300 227 586), by mail PO Box 500, PARKVILLE VIC 3054 or in person at Ikon Park, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you require assistance or would like to request a call please click here.
 

HOW LONG IS A 2018 MEMBERSHIP VALID FOR?

2018 Carlton Memberships are valid for one season only, throughout the 2018 Toyota AFL Series.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACCESS AND NON-ACCESS MEMBERSHIPS?

Access memberships entitle entry into the games. These include all home, home and away, Country and Interstate, Flexi and 3 Game memberships. Non access memberships do not provide this entitlement. Our non-ticketed memberships include True Blue, Digital, International, Baby Blue and Little Tacker.
 

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RENEWAL/MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION?

If we have your current email address, you will receive an email from us confirming that your 2018 Membership has been processed and when you can expect to receive your membership card and membership pack.
You can also login to your My Blues account anytime to confirm your membership status by following the steps
below:
1. Click here to access your My Blues Account
2. Log in using your Member ID and Password/Personal Pin
Alternatively please contact Membership Services directly on 1300 CARLTON (1300 227 586) during business hours for confirmation.

 

WHERE IS MY 12 DIGIT BARCODE LOCATED?

If you hold a 2018 Carlton FC Membership with game access, your 12 digit barcode number is located on the reverse side of your 2017 membership card. Alternatively you can phone Membership Services directly on 1300 CARLTON (1300 227 586) during business hours to obtain your barcode number.

 

I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MEMBERSHIP CARD, HOW DO I OBTAIN MY BARCODE NUMBER?

>  Please call Membership Services on 1300 CARLTON (1300 227 586) during business hours to obtain your barcode number. You can also log into your My Blues account anytime by clicking HERE , using your Member ID and Password/Personal Pin.

 

WHAT ARE MY BLUES ACCOUNT LOGIN DETAILS?

To log in to your My Blues Account you will need your Member ID (also known as your Account ID) which is located on the reverse side of your 2018 membership card or on your 2018 renewal form. Alternatively if you have your email address linked to your membership you may enter your email address in the My Blues Account ID field. If you are unsure of your login details simply contact Membership Services on 1300 CARLTON (1300 227 586) during business hours.
 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?

You will need to notify Membership Services on 1300 CARLTON (1300 227 586) and a new card will be reissued to you within 10-14 business days.
If you have game access and a card is reprinted during the 2018 season, an e-card will be issued until the replacement arrives.
A replacement fee of $20.00 per adult and $10.00 per junior will apply.
Please note: replacement cards cannot be produced at the Club or on match days.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Once a Membership has been purchased, the Carlton Football Club is under no obligation to provide a cancellation or refund. Requests for refunds may only be considered in writing and under exceptional circumstance as determined by The Carlton Football Club Membership Sales Manager. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive an outcome.
Carlton Direct is an alternative way to pay for a Carlton Membership and can be split in to monthly payments for ease and affordability. Members who choose to pay through monthly instalments cannot under any circumstance cancel after the first payment.

 

 

RESERVED SEATS/TICKETING

HOW DO I UPGRADE TO A RESERVED SEAT FOR ONE GAME?

If you’re a General Admission member and wish to purchase a reserved seat for one game, this can be done by contacting the appropriate ticketing agent.

For Etihad Stadium games, head to www.ticketmaster.com.au or call 1300 136 122.

For MCG Games, head to www.ticketek.com.au or call 13 28 49.

All you need to provide is the 12 digit barcode on your valid 2017 membership card and you will be able to purchase a reserved seat for any game at a discounted rate (provided your membership grants you admission to the match. You can enter more than one barcode if you would like to sit with a group of members and you may also purchase tickets for non-members in the same transaction.

Please note: Reserved Seat Members are unable to upgrade for single games.

HOW ARE RESERVED SEATS ALLOCATED?

Renewing members have first rights to retain their reserved seats from the previous season. Please note the following reserved seat cut-off dates that may affect your renewal.

Captains Club Premium Members will need to renew by 5:00 pm, Monday 14 November, 2016.

Captains Club Reserved Level 1 and 2 Members will need to renew by 5:00 pm, Friday 11 November, 2016.

Members Reserve Level 1 and 3 Members will need to renew by 5:00 pm, Friday 18 November, 2016.

You are not guaranteed the same seat if you renew your reserved seat membership after the listed cut off dates. Renewing applications received after these dates are processed as 'new' requests in order of receipt.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY RESERVED SEAT OR ADD NEW MEMBERS TO MY CURRENT SEATS?

You’ll be able to use our Interactive Seating Map to choose and alter your own seats for 2017.
This enables a member to choose their own seat from the availability shown on the Interactive Seating Map.
Access the Interactive Seating Map via My Blues account.
If you had a reserved seat or existing payment plan in 2016 please call the Club on 1300 227 586 to make a change or add a seat.

 

WHAT SEATING AREAS WITHIN THE MCG ARE UNDER THE ROOF LINE (UNDERCOVER) ?

Seating on Level 1 from rows AA back, Level 2 seating from D back and all Level 4 seating is under the roof line.
Please note:  No seats are guaranteed to be protected from weather elements.

 

CAN I PURCHASE RESERVED SEATING FOR INDIVIDUAL GAMES THROUGH CARLTON FOOTBALL CLUB ?

The Carlton Football Club is not a licenced ticketing agent and is unable to sell seats for individual games for individual games. You are able to purchase reserved seats for individual games through the relevant ticketing agents.

I AM A CARLTON FC INTERSTATE MEMBER! HOW DO I PURCHASE MY TICKETS FOR INTERSTATE MATCHES ?

Interstate members will be advised of on sale dates and ticket processes for Carlton games played outside Victoria via email in the lead up to the eligible game.
Access to tickets when Carlton plays interstate can be accessed by those who hold an interstate membership only. All other members will need to contact the relevant ticketing agent.

 

I NO LONGER WISH TO RENEW MY RESERVE SEAT MEMBERSHIP, CAN I TRANSFER IT TO SOMEONE ELSE?

If you can no longer continue your membership and have someone available to take it over, please contact Membership Services directly on 1300 CARLTON (1300 227 586) during business hours. For the Club to be able to transfer a seat the membership must be paid for or attached to a Carlton Direct Monthly Payment Plan prior to the reserved seat cut-off date for its category listed below:

>  The renewal cut-off date for Captains Club Premium Reserved is 5:00pm, Friday 10 November 2017
 The renewal cut-off date for Captains Club Level 2 Reserved is 5:00pm, Wednesday 15 November 2017
 The renewal cut-off date for Members Reserved Level 1 and 3 is 5:00pm, Friday 17 November 2017 
 The renewal cut-off date for Members Reserved Entry is 5:00pm, Friday 17 November 2017

HOW DO I GUARANTEE ACCESS TO BUY A GRAND FINAL TICKET IF CARLTON PARTICIPATES?

You must select a Captains Club membership, or a Club 17 upgrade (add on) for guaranteed access to purchase a Grand Final ticket if Carlton is a participating team.

 

 

GAME DAY

HOW DO I GET INTO GAMES?

If you hold a valid 2018 Carlton FC membership with Carlton FC game access, simply swipe your membership card at the turnstiles to gain access to the ground on an eligible game day.
If you are a General Admission member, entry is subject to capacity and you may be required to upgrade to a reserved seat if the match is deemed as high demand. Additional fees and charges may apply.
If you have upgraded your general admission membership barcode to a single game reserved seat. You can scan in your printed daily ticket at any public gate.

CAN I SPEAK TO MEMBERSHIP STAFF ON GAME DAY?

>  At 2018 home matches, our membership team will be located outside on the concourse at gate 3. Staff will be positioned here from 2 hours before the game up until the start of the game.

ETIHAD STADIUM
>  At 2018 home matches, our membership team will be located outside on the concourse at gate 5. Staff will be positioned here from 2 hours before the game up until the start of the game.

>  Any enquiries leading up to game day, please contact the Carlton membership team via email at membership@carltonfc.com.au or call us directly on 1300 CARLTON (1300 227 586) during weekday business hours 9am-5pm.

 

SOCIAL CLUB ACCESS?

Captains Club, Country and Interstate Members have access to the Social Club rooms at all Carlton FC Home games played at Etihad Stadium or the MCG. Simply present your 2018 Social Club membership card to gain access. For more information on the Social Club, CLICK HERE.

 

CLUB

WHEN IS THE CARLTON SHOP OPEN?

> The Carlton Shop at Ikon Park is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
The Carlton Shop is Closed on Sunday's and public holidays.

 

HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT OPEN TRAINING SESSIONS?

Information about open training sessions is listed on the home page of our Official Website: carltonfc.com.au
Please Note: These sessions are subject to change at short notice, please check the date and time is still current the morning prior to avoid disappointment.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?

As a Member you can update your personal details online using your My Blues Account, and following the steps below. AFL Members with Club Support are required to contact the AFL Membership Service Centre directly on 1300 722 515 during business hours.
1. Click here to access your My Blues Account
2. Log in using your Member ID and Password/Personal Pin.
Alternatively please contact Membership Services directly on 1300 CARLTON (1300 227 586) during business hours to update your details.

 

HOW IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION USED BY THE CARLTON FOOTBALL CLUB?

The Carlton Football Club will manage and protect personal information in accordance with national privacy guidelines recommended under the Privacy Act (CTH) 1998. From time to time, the Carlton Football Club or one of its Corporate Partners may contact you by mail, telephone or other communication methods to provide information that the Carlton Football Club believe may be beneficial to you. WHAT IS CARLTON DIRECT?

‘Carlton Direct’ makes your membership even simpler. No renewal forms, no hassle. Just set and forget, and let your membership roll over each October. Carlton Direct is available through ANNUAL or MONTHLY payment options and there are no additional fees.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY CARLTON MEMBERSHIP?

Payment of your Club Membership fee may be made in one of two ways:

FULL PAYMENT
Your full Membership fee can be paid via any one of the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, Cheque, Cash, EFTPOS or via Carlton Direct upfront payment plan (Upfront payment plan option only accepts VISA or MasterCard).

MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN
  Your Membership fee can be paid via monthly instalments through Carlton Direct Monthly via: VISA or MasterCard ONLY.
